whenever I log in or move between posts or threads the screen hangs in limbo. I need to click 'Stop' on my browser then 'Refresh' to make any progress. Is anybody else having this problem? It is infuriating

I noticed this too, since a couple of days ago.
I thought it was because I had started using Firefox in place of IE!

glad its not just me!

Its also IE for me today as well. This has been a growing problem of late.
I like to have T2W open in a seperate tab. But when it is slow, and trade time is approaching, thats when it is a distraction and the only option is to swiftly close T2W, so that it doesn't mess up your PC with a trade approaching.

Been like it for several days for me. Its starting to get a bit annoying.

been like this for a week or so, but seams worse with firefox

Only slight problems with me; using IE
It's probably all the flatulence being expelled on a couple of threads causing everything to slow down. I'll have to start using the "ignore" facility again since it seems the contamination is spreading to other threads.

hit your tools button and delete browsing history, delete temporary internet files, cookies, and history should work a little faster

Still no better here. Anybody else having issues?
Yup same probs here, somewhat tedious, in fact so tedious I think, I'll skip out and return when the new site is up and running, couple of months should do it.

hopefully the new site will be with us by early March and that will solve a lot of the problems. It isn't actually the ads that are slowing it up as far as I know, although I have gone through the ad server recently and deleted a lot of old stuff of it - not that it's made much difference as far as I can see. The development work that's being done in the background probably isn't helping right now; all I can say is bear with us because it's just as annoying for us - and we all want it fixed asap.

I haven't used T2W much over the past couple of months: I did log-on a few times over the past few days and the performance is dreadful - borderline un-useable (firefox 5.0).

Looking at the info line at the bottom of the browser the problems would appear to be related to one/all of the following external services:

"tangoads"?
"google-analytics"
"ads2" server?

It's like being back on a dial-up connection!!
