Rooney Will Break It Again

All medical experts state it takes at least 6 weeks for a break to heal.We've seen R dancing at parties,running up steps... The next thing is,he'll have a few pints at a sendoff party and trip over the doorstep.That's the trouble with these young footballers.They're too great a money spinner for anyone to stand up to and risk offending.As a result they grow up slowly.

I blame these flimsy ballet shoes they play in these days.

In my day we had proper thick leather boots wot came up above the foot.
OK, they did take half an hour to put on, and they did have to be soaked in dubbin to stop them becoming rock rigid.. but we never broke our feet. Not that we'd have noticed anyway.. we'd have just winced a little and finish the match. Bunch of rich cissies today.. bah!

If Rooney does play, you can bet there'll be real competition to see who can stamp on his foot hardest.
