This sort of thing is being touted around most of the conspiriloon sites at the moment
The Iranian Oil Bourse thing is NOT, REPEAT NOT happening in the forseeable, there is NO, REPEAT NO mention of it on either Reuters or Bloomberg news searches (and therefore, by implication any international news agency, on the Iranian Oil Ministry's web site+ the commodity traders at my place say it's a load of b*****ks etc etc etc.
