trading competition

Has anyone of you ever participated in a trading competition? I've always wanted, do you maybe have some hints or recommendations?

the problem with competitions is that its a competition .....so you will not trade the same as in real life (I hope) ..........you will go all out to win ....especially if you trail towards the end of the period being monitored

They prove nothing and are tools for Vendors and brokers to get people through the door....
