Are you ready out there ?

Yes , you legion of top traders (cough) ..top earners , are youuuu ready for "A Day"..no this is not another timeframe ..the name of the new Bond movie ..or yet another programme selling holiday homes abroad...it is compulsory attention grabbing must have info on what your pensionable options are going to be from April 2006....well about 90% of people stopped reading at this point ...LOL for the 10% still with it do your self a favour and if you have not already done so then get with it on this information.
Why ?
Let me give you an example ..let's assume you have tucked your hard earned pension pot away and are not already involved in say property as an asset group and want to get some diversification ..here's what you can do.... borrow 50% against the sum you wish to invest in property...claim back tax relief on this total investment at your highest taxable rate...get a rental income stream that is free of tax whilst in the pension pot...sell the property in future free of any capital gain whilst the funds are kept in the pension pot. ...as one of our esteemed posters is fond of saying...for people like the above this is a "no brainer" ..LOL in a sense the govt is underwriting your risk .

LOL...it was "such a no brainer" that even granny Gordon B could see the implications and took it away ....at least this time he removed it before he gave it as opposed to more of his retrospective book balancing ...the one good thing about the web is you get the right to say things like this to a wide audience with very little effort..that little something is this ...Granny Gordon get out of our lives please , we are not your 'children' and most of us do not wish to be treated as though we are. The day you take over govt is the day every social parasite in this country will dance for joy whilst those of us who can will head for the airport. My comtempt for this man knows no limitation . He has not the first clue about the people he is so called determined to help and as such has not a clue as to exactly what kind of help would be in their best self interest . A social meddler of the worst kind.
