Just one question: is there any validity to the book's methodology? What's been your experience with it? Sorry, that's two questions

In regards to Validity that will be different from person to person, Erik Presents an interesting concept and builds on it, providing different tools and shares his experiences, but some folks will always question the underlying methodology. I personally do like the material presented, but it is not fitt all approach, it does take time to fully understand and two folks might have different outcomes using these concepts.
