We have all heard the horror stories out of Panama, but is it a good place to live and trade from in 2005.

What are the pros & cons?

Financial
Climate
Crime
Social
Communications

I believe that there is a growing Chinese community ..... I see this as a good sign.
Have you ever seen the Chinese move into a losing situation!
