Guys...
i just want to ask what do you think which sport is best option for the purpose of gaining fitness...???
share your opinion with me..

try kettlebells for all round muscle workout,....

squash is also a sport which u can enjoy and can be demanding....

Well, a good "all-purpose-all-around" sport is Futbol (Soccer). Need to have good muscle structure, but not too much, good agility, long-distance running and an excellent cardiovascular health. It's probably degenerative to your knees a bit, but just walking and jumping in general does that. It's not something that'll destroy you quite as quick as American Football or something along those lines.

No doubt sports is very necessary for fitness. try to play cricket and football. i think it is the best sports.

Well in my opinion. if you play any kind of sports. it will be good for health and your body will be fit and active. so sports is very necessary for fitness.

Hello Anal,

I agree that those are good sports. Beginners should not attempt more advanced sports such as DP and Three-into-one-will-go. Even people at the advanced level should ensure that they are properly relaxed and thoroughly lubed before attempting such things.

I think the best sport is the one you will enjoy most as you will be more inclined to spend longer doing it (relative to other sports).

i think one of the best sports for overall conditioning, fitness etc is swimming. I think no other sport works your whole body like swimming does.

very true. I just don't like it, have never been able to get into it, other than splashing about with the kids

Question for people here - I love running (it's great to have something I can control after a hard day's market fluctuation!) but does it matter what shoes I wear if I'm not serious about speed/serious distance?

yes, it does matter. I would advise you to buy some running shoes(if you're not that serious about it, buy some cheap ones, not the expensive models). Running shoes are very comfortable, light, with feet ventilation technology & all that. I for example, am also not big on running, but have bought myself $10 Head running shoes two years ago. I still have them today...very comfortable, light and ventilated :cheesy:
