How many units would you say you drink in the average week. Work it out here:

33 units a week is ok.

But a lot of drinkers will have that much in one day quite easily :drunk:

So far I'm the 3rd heaviest drinker! And to be honest, thinking about it, what I calculated would be a rather tame week by my standards - think I missed a few cheeky ones off!!! Should probably cut down. Just saw this:

"Men should drink no more than 21 units of alcohol per week (and no more than four units in any one day).
Women should drink no more than 14 units of alcohol per week (and no more than three units in any one day)."

Oh crap!

2 bottles of wine on average I'd say. My girlfriend keeps me on the straight and narrow!

not gonna download the calculator thingie from the site to get the actual number, but typical week is:
Tuesday : - 3-5 pints of lager or so.
Saturday: - probably about 8-10 pints and a few shots.
Sunday: - 5 pints of lager or so
Friday - Same as Saturday, but i dont always go out on a Friday. Maybe once every 2 or 3 weeks
I've cut down a bit over the years.
