As anyone got or know a good link for stats on property in Spain ? I'm interested in knowing the stats on new builds, numbers pa on units built and average pricing. Also any numbers on population would be handy,but i suspect the timelag on these might make them redundant.

Thanks for the effort getting the link JT....when you read these it's always important to know the source and have an idea of any bias...in this case that report is from a real estate agency..doesn't mean there is no valuable information in the report..just means you need to crank up the critical appraisal a notch or two...

Try Sur it is the local English Newspaper for the Costa del Sol, updated weekly and often has property articles/facts etc.
