Default Re-exporting Turkish goods to Cyprus

Can anyone tell me if/what problems might occur if I tried to reexport goods made in Turkey to Greek Cyprus? I know it's not technically illegal, as there is no official embargo, but customs officers find ways to make sure your goods never reach their intended market (holding cargo too long, accidents loading/unloading, or other non-tariff barriers).

Has anyone heard of any such cases?

Thank you!

PS: The trading company is based in the EU (although it's neither Cypriot nor Turkish).
