Windsor half-marathon

Please excuse my cheek, but I'm running (walking/crawling - whatever) in the Windsor half-marathon next month. Being a relative newcomer to this board, I feel a bit hesitant in asking, but ... would you good folks like to sponsor me please?

I'm doing this goddam thing for two charities - the Cinnamon Trust, who look after the elderly and their pets, and who do a wonderful job, and Prostate Cancer Research (my dad died from PC last month, so it's a subject fairly close to my heart).

My aim is to raise £300 for each charity, and also to run it in less than 2 hours :!:
