MrGecko started this thread Right, an update: The ham is now cooked, and resting. I'll leave it for a couple of hours or so before glazing it with cinnamon and marmalade and then give it about an hour at gas mark 6/7.

I have a really good recipe for ribs where you coat them with marmalade, soy sauce, garlic and a bit of chilli. Would probably do pretty good on your ham too.
