Guy from the DAB Pushers Association (or some such title) on Radio 4 Today prog yesterday reckoned that 40% of radios (including cars) are now DAB - much to the incredulity of Evan Davies (and myself). Just can't believe that stat though he insisted it was true.
My understanding is that DAB being digital is OK with a good signal (eg for a static receiver at home). But surely a moving receiver will have problems - don't the DAB ads say "check your area for reception" ?
Anyone got experience of this ? - don't want to get a duff system for the next motor.
