Well if we look at it logically.....

1)Both clubs owned by rich individuals who used their money to try buy best players in the league.
2)Neither team has many english players in the line-up, let alone 'orrible southerners' so your comments about north/south is largely irrelevant when the team largely consists of non-english players.

To be honest, I only trade unders/overs. I've already done about 100 trades today. :eek: Up about 3% on yesterday's balance despite taking a handful of losses so it seems to be working.

I took city today, but it was only a 'sentimental' bet. Someone had to stop Chelsea, City was probably a good bet in that respect.
 
Haha well why not. I did outrights (is that the correct term?) when England was playing someone tricky. Hedging my emotions, I call it. Lay bet on England...

It's right. I would never bet against them, but all things considered...
 
Well, my theory is that, because of foolish national pride I want England to win the world cup, if I lay England then I'm gutted if they lose a match but by way of consolation I get money, and if they win I lose money but who cares cos England win!! EN-GER-LAND. :D
