sms alerts, help please

Hi can anybody tell me what is the cheapest and favoured way to get sms alerts on forex prices being hit?

I use Capital spreads and Alpari and i cannot see anything about this in CS and the Alpari one just does not seem to work although I have asked them for help so waiting on answers with them.

I would guess there must be a widely used and popular method for this, so can anybody advise me please?

Any help appreciated.

If you have an ig account you can set price alerts.

You can set up real-time email and sms forex alerts using timetotrade.

If you drop us a line via this link: Contact Us and select "Free SMS Alerts" from the drop down menu, then we'll set you up with some SMS alerts to try out for free.

We recently integrated the Currenex data feed into our charting package. To view charts or set up alerts using the Currenex data, use the "get chart" prefix "CX:" eg, CX:GBPUSD

here's the IG link, you can't do it with CS, Alpari is a doddle if you're using MT and know your way around it, if not google for some detailed instructions...or go to MQL4 forum and ask...

I use GFTUK & you can set up real-time email and sms alerts for free. Try it out on a demo account to test it.

Ok thanks for all your help guys, much appreciated, I will look at some of the things you suggested.
