Why is this happening ? does anyone have any idea... its been happening everytime there is positive U.S. data the dollar weakens?

Some headline companies are reporting increased profits but I don't see much good USD news on a national economic scale. US economic growth seems so sluggish that the FOMC are unlikely to raise interest rates much or soon, so that's putting a limit on expectations right now for the future.

With currencies there is always hierarchy and the dominant currency currently is JPY. When One currency is dominant, the rest (cross pairs) just blow about in the wake. The trick with currencies is to determine which currency is dominant, then play only the crosses of that currency whilst that condition persists.

Nice economic calendar and commentary at DailyFX.com as an example. Another good rule is never trust anything you hear about this on the TV.
