Most Active FOREX market after 4pm GMT

Anyone have any thoughts, fancy some intraday trading after work but havent got a clue whats active after 4/5ish?

The US afternoon can be a fairly dull period most days, though watch for afternoon US news items (FOMC, etc.), in which case any USD pairs will have a shot at volatility. NZD/USD may move late on if there's data on tap out of NZ early in their day.
