EUR/USD Time Movements

Hi,

Does anyone notice any particular timings of the day when price moves rapidly with momentum has a study ever been done? Personally, I see major movements between 10-11am 12noon seems to be high movements, but not as much as 10-11am I have noticed London and 2.45 - 4.30pm UK time (NY Session) particularly when London is closing.

yeah! kinda confused as which timezone you are talking abt when u qoute the times... but asian session is mostly pretty quiet, although somtimes, we do see a huge move (for exmaple, today, eur/usd just shot up).... I think when london first opens market usually makes a rush after that it subsides a bit... the more stable but significant price actions happen during the overlap btwn the london and new york sessions in my opinion... just a rough observation. hope it helps.
