Pivot Points

Hi,

When a support or resistance point on a pivot point be it an hourly to monthly pivots if these lines are broken do you still you the change of polarity technique previous support become resistance and vice versa for pivots as ordinary S&R lines?

How much time do you think doing 15 min charts reason I do 15 mins rather than 4hour is I want to learn quicker get over the losses and start trading big.
