If you are prepared to make the effort to read the attached PDF (From Forex Factory -"FEB2865" -'The System 111 -Oh No') then the new trader might learn something from this mans method of trading. If you want an 'every one a winner' system then bugger off now. This is a simple method using, among other things, support and resistance.
