Help: OTC Exotics on Interactive Brokers?

Can I trade RUB PLN INR BRL HUF or other “exotics” through Interactive Brokers? If so, how do I find out about rollover rates, margins, limit order size? Is there any liquidity (I don’t have access yet)?
I ask because IB apparently allows these currencies but posts no additional info whatsoever in its webpage like it does for majors. In the contract details for non.major pairs it sometimes states that it pools liquidity from BARX GS JPM or other desks (so I believe I can trade with) but no other info, while for others it only states "IDEAL" as a source or just "OTC" for the most exotic ones… so, here goes my questions for experienced users or savvy fx traders:

-Can I expect to trade any of these exotics through IB? BRL for example?
-What is the deal with OTC-only “exchange”? will other ECNs or markets “see” my order or is it just intra-IDEAL, if any?
-Can I RFQ? Does it go to IB customers only or also the usual liquidity pools IDEAL trades with (inter-bank above stated)? Should I expect replies? Tradable ones?
-Can I see to-be-traded rollover interest rates beforehand on these pairs (as there is no official info)? or just check the credit/debit at my P/L statement
-I don’t mind these currencies are not deliverable.
-I am talking about regular order sizes
-hope "change broker" not the answer. not in the LCG/Reuters/EBS/Barx/Cnx $ league.

Thanks
