FX brokers for Micrp Traders

Hi, new to the forum. I am planning to trade live soon. I would like your guys recommendation and experience on different brokers for FX.

I would like a broker that has the following criterions
  • [1]Live feed to the dollar index on different time frames
    [2]preferablly Meta trader 4 platform
    [3]Good feed, and minimum gaps
    [4]100:1 leverage, 0.01 units / lot
    [5]good customer support, and able to set limit orders
