Ways to Execute Forex Orders

Hello Everyone,

Im after bit of knowledge on the different effective ways of executing forex orders,

at the moment i understand you can use ODL Markets , Oanda, Forex.com , Ig Index, from what i understand these are mostly Spread Bet firms, is this the most effective way to trade Forex?

What's the next level if your trading very well, and taking the orders to Fund Level what's the most effective way to trade at fund level and how does tax implication come into effect?
