Fixed Spread Or Non-fixed Spread Broker - That Is The Question

FIXED SPREAD OR NON-FIXED SPREAD FOREX BROKER. Which do you prefer?

There are 3 types as far as i can see -
1) Retail fixed spread forex broker like FXCM or CMC spreadbet. (although with brokers like this, in their small print they may state that spreads can widen during volatile market conditions)
2) Retail non-fixed spread forex broker like Oanda.
3) Non-fixed spread ECN forex broker like EFX group or capital Forex Pro.
