The following thread has been created in order to provide you with information about FXFair Broker company and answer all possible questions you might have.

Dear Phylo,

Thank you for your question.

At this moment we don’t have a regulation what provides client deposit protection.
We are on the market for several years already and never faced any issues in this regard. Having said that, we are considering obtaining a regulation what emphasize client deposit protection as well.

You raised a fair point and we do understand your concern. However, the U.S. subprime mortgage crisis that swept through global financial markets in 2008 was mainly caused by the abuse of the global financial system. Thus, we do not see a clear point to compare it with our company as our top priority is being fair to our clients.

Having said that, we do understand that it is something that many brokers say and it’s sometimes hard for a client to find a truly fair partner. Many brokers, even the ones with hard regulations, are trying to abuse their clients by providing unfair conditions, bonuses, etc. You probably heard of one particular global broker with CySEC regulation in place, who despite clients' complaints refused to approve the fund withdrawal requests of 176 mln.

Paying attention to possible risks, we do not provide bonuses of 100% or moreover of 200% as we are keen to fulfill what we provide fairly.
