feedback on xglobal markets

Does anyone know if xglobal markets are a decent broker. They claim to be ecn/stp. Specifically I want to know what their execution is like if anyone has experience. Thanks

Where this broker came from and its regulation?

XGLOBAL Markets is regulated by CySEC (Cyprus) and through MiFID Passport rules is also registered with FCA (UK) and BaFIN (Germany). The company's head office is based in Limassol, Cyprus.
