Been on the phone to a firm called Forex Global Solutions. They promise to manage investments only taking 25% management plus 5% adminjistration fee yet they guarantee a 50 % return. Is this free monney or a con?

The presentation they have invitee me to is serene investments. Anybody know anything about these guys?

Lucky him to have a house. I had to sell mine after I lost all my money from having a managed account with Global Forex Solutions.

But Forex Global Solutions is bound to be different. I mean, they're based in the Bahamas, which is a good sign straight away.

Mortgage? No no no no. Why do that and risk losing ownership when you can just release some of the equity through a third party loan?!

Not so.

You would at least get some warmth from the burning money for a couple of minutes. Good value, relatively speaking.
