Oanda's 30+ pip intraday gap down

Oanda's MT4 demo was the first I opened this morning and discovered the gap down
on the image the chart on the left is the 6E 15 sec so it wasn't a gap, and the 3 other
MT4s I have were also without the gap

bit surprised because I think Oanda's trading volume is larger than other fx brokers
and wouldn't have expected an intraday gap from them

Just a thought...if the gap is on the demo maybe the demo doesn't update prices fast enough especially if price moves very quickly. There was a 40 pip or so move as soon as Ben opened his mouth. Check Oanda's live servers to compare.

Oanda are well known for widening spreads on news and events. Plus to withdraw from a live account they charge £10 and more if you withdraw more than once a month.

I found Oanda a great learning tool :smart:
