Hello, I want to share my experience with IBFX support quality. Last week I sent them email with few simple questions about their service (average spread on majors, account types and minimum deposits).

Answer I got:

Most of your questions can be answer if your visit our web site at http://www.ibfx.com.au/

Do they help all their customers this way?

Typical lazy-ass supports. Not fulfilling what the customers need. pfft.

I was so surprised! You know when I'm going to give you my money I expect some kind of service. It's the same if I go to buy a new car and ask few questions and get reply - all information stand in the user manual.

My questions weren't that bad just

Joseff, we are an IB of IBFX, so from time to time we have to clarify some issues with them. And we should say that we’ve always got proper answers to all our requests. More likely that you’ve come across either a new or incompetent operator. We would recommend you to contact their support specialists and ask them to check this operator. It would make their support service better and business with them - more enjoyable :)
