Problems with charts in Bet on Markets

Hi,
The support at BoM has not been of any help so I'll try to ask the question here instead:
I can not make the interactive charts update automatically. I have the latest version of Internet Explorer and Java 6 Standard edition. BoM tells me (when they reply at all) that the charts I am interested in does not update automatically, which is not true - it works fine on my friends computer. Any ideas?

If that's any help, I am using Firefox and the BOM charts do work (though I hate it the way it doesn't remember what timeframe you were on if you ever go elsewhere). The IG markets charts however, crashes the browser every time.

Firewall

Seems like it is the network's firewall. Nothing I can do about it, buying a laptop with mobile broadband instead.

Some of the betting companies are moving to browser independent interfaces. I hope they all do as it would significantly reduce hassles the I've had with charting on these platforms.
