Longer-term higher/lower price bet?

Hello,

Does anyone know of a site which offers longer-term betting on higher or lower level prices of the financial bets?
I know that Ladbrokes offers betting with higher odds on farther-than-the-current prices, but only for intraday and daily bets. For example DOW's current price is 9000 and they offer 8800 or 9200 @ 23 (decimal odds).
So, is there anyone offering similar bets (odds form) for monthly or quarterly terms?

P.S. Actually I probably refer to the long term binary bets.

IG Index have a one touch Dow bet that expires on December 31st 2009.
It is "will the Dow touch 10000 by the end of the year?"

It would be nice to see a greater selection of longer term binaries offered.

Betonmarkets offer expiry bets up to 180 days on indices and up to 360 days on forex I think.
