alternative to Nadex and HedgeStreet

  | alternative to Nadex and HedgeStreet
why is it impossible for clients outside US to open an account with Nadex/HedgeStreet?..are there any alternatives for clients outside US?..I like that they're regulated by CFTC instead of some gambling commission when you trade binaries through lets say IG Index..  |
