I've actually come across this system as well when I saw it for sale on eBay. I emailed a few of the buyers who had left positive feedback for it and had a fairly mixed response.
The general impression I got was that the system is well explained and does work some of the time, but that the examples cited were very favourable to the conditions of the system and little help was given regarding more challenging market conditions. Some of the buyers told me that whilst they didn't think it was a successful system in itself, it might be a help as a component of your own system.
Having said that, others told me it was a complete waste of time and money.
Sorry if that hasn't helped you make your decision! I wasn't sure either and eventually decided against it.

Systems looks interesting. Can anyone just explain some of the basic strategy of the system? I am not looking for the whole secret, but is it going after the least likely outcome and then hedging it by turbulence at the start of the market, etc?
I tried something like this with sports betting, bet on the one with high odds and then bet on the less odds one during the game when their odds line up to the level at which you make some money if most favourite is the winner and lot more money when least favourite wins.
that works only in finals type of games, where its a bit cutthroat.
