5k $ in vouchers i intend to divide

I decided to finish with gambling After major losses and causing problems with family especially my wife !!!
I still have 5k $ in vouchers i intend to divide as I know if I will not give them I will use them .

why not just burn them, that would show the family you really mean it. all round that would be also a whole lot easier and more productive, yes?

also by spamming the whole web with this aren't you just encouraging others to get in a mess.
