How do I research fixed odds markets?

Hi I'm new to this. Just starting out, had some success but down to greed lost almost all of it. I'm now going to add structure and make it really gradual from now on.

So anyway, how do I research this kind of betting market, as most markets end within minutes (2, 5 minute markets).

Is it better once you've built up some capital, to just bet on dailys instead? I could probably keep betting that gold will rise each day and keep winning for the most part, same with silver for the time being.

Please shed some light!
