Hi
Has anyone had any dealings with Cameron Poe & Associates Inc USA, First National Stock Transfer USA, and Prudential Partners Inc of Panama.

Just guessing, but have you previously bought some reg-S stock after being cold-called by a foreign broker? Sounds like a common scam where they try to get more money out of you by charging fees to derestrict what is probably a non-existent stock. First National Stock Transfer's website was set up in May 2010, Cameron Poe's in January. They both use the same registrar. Prudential Partners in Panama has come up before on this site in relation to this sort of scam http://www.trade2win.com/boards/brokerages/14154-boiler-room-scams-136.html

You might also want to have a look at the address First National Stock Transfer claim as their offices, on streetview http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?q=77 ...e=&redir_esc=&um=1&ie=UTF-8&sa=N&hl=en&tab=wl Not much there.

If you are asked for any money, don't send it.

Cameron Poe are a confirmed scam

http://www.fsa.gov.uk/pages/Doing/Regulated/Law/Alerts/overseas.shtml

They have been identified as being linked to First National Stock Transfer in a previous scam.

http://www.wallstreet-online.de/dis...-poe-associates-first-national-stock-transfer

Prudential Partners are also scammers linked to Cameron Poe, in fact all three have been discussed on T2W previously.

Whatever money you have given them has now been stolen, anything you give them in future will go the same way. They are criminals not brokers.

I have some stock the say they have a client wants to buy to acquire the company but they have asked me for 5% to put in a bond with an insurance company called Prudential Partners inc, Cam Poe reckon its just in case someone else offers me a better price and I pull out of the deal and likewise with the buyer if they pull out i will get the money he has put in the bond.

Yes its the usual scam, this is part 2 where they are trying to convince you that they are helping you to get rid of the worthless stocks. They are asking for an advance fee which they will then steal and disappear. If you fall for this they will keep hitting you again and again as they will think you're a mug (and you will be if you send them any money after this warning).

All 3 organisations you mentioned are confirmed scammers, why are you even thinking about giving them more money?

Read the 'boiler room scams' thread and you'll see how familiar your story is. Nobody has ever reported getting money back from one of these scams.

ps what shares do you have that they are trying to buy, not Royal Petroleum by any chance?

borp - time to realise you have lost your money. Lick your wounds and move on and don't buy anything from cold callers again.

Cameron Poe-Nicholas Cage i.e. CONAIR!!!

that was the character nicholas cage played in the movie CONAIR..........i think the title says it all!

Borp,

That seems to be a well known scam going back a couple of years. If you google 'Wildwood management Corp SCAM' you will get a lot of information about other people who have lost money. They are also mentioned on a thread here on T2W. The following are just a few examples.

Cameron Poe, First National Stock Transfer and Prudential Partners are most definetly fraudsters.
They are currently operating the same scam with Renato Corporation shares. I am "playing along"
at the moment. So far thet have changed the money transfer destination Bank and extended the deadline by a month. Hopefully, this indicates they aren`t having much success this time.

Good! thats what i did play them along till the last possible moment then tell them you are contacting the Met Police "archway project " then they are gone like a flash

Need the Hard Poop on Wildwood Management Corp. Moved their office? Can't trade in the UK? 50% owner in Royal Petroleum?.......100% owner in Crown Mining? They keep changing and selling.......Over ran my mining concessions in South America, I need the dirt on these guys.....
