Brokers

being new, i have searched the net for brokers for options and futures markets, also for forex trading. but can anyone tell me where i can find a broker who dosnt want you to have 2 million in the bank and 50 years trading experience with 500 trades a month !!! and all the other restrictive practicies for 'Newbies'
