Markets To Trade?

Is there any one market that provides the most frequent opportunities to trade?

Ive heard people saying about choosing your market and specialise in that one only. But what if it has long quiet periods that generate no opportunity to trade?

Surely you need a market that has a fair bit of volaltility?

Dunno about volatility but the dow this afternoon caused a fair bit of Volubility.

If you trade the Nasdaq you will not be waiting long for opportunities on stocks that move and this happens every trading day.
