Can we beat PGI at their own game using Bet On Markets

Ok guys anyone can play, here are the rules.
1. You make predictions (alerts) that you post here in this format: Index - Direction (Lower Up or Higher Down) - GMT Start Time (10 minutes past the hour).
2. The alerts must be posted within 20 minutes of the starting time for the alert (which is always 10 minutes past the hour). In other words for an alert starting at 0810GMT you post between 0750 and 0810GMT. I'm allowing up to the start time because that allows time to make the post.
3. All alerts run from 10 minutes past the first hour and then on the hour for the next 2 if unsucessful.
4. There is no real limit to how many alerts you can post but let's try to keep it to under 10 a day to make it easier. There is no minimum and you can do it as often as you like.
5. I will keep a seperate post with the results (Ladder) to see who can do the best.
6. If possible post the results of the alerts showing the value at each hour.
7. To make it easier we will use the French, German, Spanish, Swedish, Irish and Belgium markets since Bet on Markets gives intraday data every 10 minutes of these markets making it easy to verify results.
8. To play please post your name and what you want to be called on the ladder. You can make up a 'trading name' if you like.
9. Results are based on a percentage of win ratio. The higher the percentage the higher on the ladder. I may introduce a potential profit as well and will record % for 1st, 2nd and 3rd hour wins. Will work it out a bit as we go

This is just fun guys, if anyone wants to put money on any persons predictions that is their own perogative but it is at their own risk. The aim is to see if we can match the success rate PGI have using 'Experts'. I believe anyone should be able to achieve at least 80%+ success rate with a 3 hour system...let's see if I am right

If you can think of any other rules we should have feel free to suggest them.

Here is a default format for sending alerts to the thread.
Index - Direction (Lower Up or Higher Down) - GMT Start Time
French - Lower Up - 0810
Belgium - Lower Up - 0810
