FINRA Form U-4 help question

I'm about to take the series 6 and 63. I'm currently filling out the U-4 Form with FINRA and question 14M on page 14 of 39 (Do you have any unsatisfied judgments or liens against you? yes/no) The case is unfortunately i do have a $300 judgment against me. Will my U-4 Form get rejected because of this? Please help and thank you all in advance.
