If I am trading about ten companies by technical analysis, and I want to have one eye on the news regarding those companies, what is the most effective way I can do so? i.e. I have to know when trading updates are coming out for each company etc. So far I have just kept an eye on reuters for things to watch each day, but is there a website that I can visit with this information, or does one go to each company's website?

Also, it would be good to know when key economic reports come out, again I just watch reuters for this information, but is there a better resource with more information?

try forex factory for your key economic calendar dates or IG (tools section), with regards to news ( I know it's bloody obvious) but you could subscribe to google news....

Thanks Black Swan. I went to forex factory for the first time after posting this. Looks good.

'tis good. Similar to T2W it's a 'forum driven' info site. Some cracking posters/threads on there...
