FTSE daily cycles = anyone know them ?

relatively new to trading - since last March.
Am trying to tighten my act up in trading by education (education education) ...

Currently reading Toni Turner;s "Beginners guide to trading online" which is informative but only for the USA. Toni does outline the daily events of the US markets i.e.
Open, 1st reversal period, ...Active traders close, close..... Does anyone know
have a summary of the FTSE's daily events i.e. reversal periods, "lunch times"...

These timings seem to be important and are perhaps useful to follow ?
