Futures: Price and Margins

I'm beginning to look at the futures market, ES and NQ right now, and have two questions:

I am looking at the market through E-Trade's platform. The software lists the current price (ESU9) at 100375, but cmegroup.com lists it at 1003.75. Why the discrepancy?
Where can I find the 8:30-3:00 margin for the ES and NQ? I see the normal margin, $5625 and $4000 respectively, on cmegroup.com, but I've heard during those hours they're reduced significantly.

Scratch the first question, it took me typing it out to realize they simply didn't have a decimal. Ha.

That's specifically a broker by broker decision to the best of my knowledge. The exchanges set the margin requirement on positions held at the end of each trading day.
