Pricing Ladders - a STEP BY STEP guide!

Guys,

Is there an online tutorial (or video tutorial) that shows you what each column in a pricing ladder does?

I've been using X_Trader, I want to use JTrader, but I'm a little confused what the W S (i assume this is the fill column) column is for and don't understand what the random numbers ticking up and down on the right hand side mean..

Is there a website or video tutorial that explains every aspect of MD Trader or price ladders?
