gbpeur, who offers the tightest spread?

I'm using IGMarkets where it's 6 pips and would love to "pay" less

most people trade eurgbp not gbpeur fyi.....

You do often end up paying a small premium to trade gbpeur as it's not market convention and so some operational friction is generated.

Thanks alot for responding and pointing that out.

Which broker is most highly recommended for FX? (I also trade index futures and European stocks)

And could you recommend a charting package while you're at it!

Any info gratefully received.

I'll let others respond re retail brokers - far better qualified than I. A few people I know like OandA but I can't really compare them all as that's not really what I do.

But I would say don't just go for lowest spread. Bear in mind everyone has to make money somehow. Go for reliability.

is 1.7 for eurgbp on oanda...they dont do gbpeur

also bear in mind that you're not comparing like for like when you talk about spreads.

2 points in eurgbp is not the same as 2 points in gbpeur at all... (basic maths)
