Penny stocks are notoriously dodgy. They are hyped up as low cost blah blah to suck in cannon fodder who think they will try their hand at the markets. There is a reason they are "penny stocks" you know. Generally worthless high failure rate outfits.
If you want to learn about trading stick around and read the forums and educate yourself.
Taking "tips" from any source is a surefire way to ruin.
