Hello, I am new

Hello everybody

I have taken my first step and signed up to the forum.

I have been trading occasionally since about early 2007, first using the underlying and later switching over to spread betting.

I am signing up because quite frankly I am doing very badly. I bought in at the top of the market and have watched many of my investments fall quite heavily. I could not take any more pain and sold out of most positions during the recent all times lows in 2009.

I am nursing a hefty loss, but the reason I have signed up is to learn so that I can start afresh and this time do things the right way.

I live in London.

I make time as I quite enjoy it, it is not so much for the money as I know that is a looooong way away. Fine by me. I am happy to learn.
