Default Support & Resistance lines

I'm a spread bet man, using FTSE, DOW and Gold Rolling. When I place my S & R lines on a candlestick graph, should I use the High & Low or Open & Close?

The choice is yours! I myself plot both, to give S&R areas/bands, rather then just points!
