I am after some advice, I have direct contact with a national oil company, and I have a contact via a broker with a potential purchaser. I have been passed the responsibility of detailing the procedures involved with transacting the trade, and also providing the documentation. Never having done this before, I am not sure where to start. Can anyone help?
